our process

You contact us via the contact form or e-mail, we do a happy dance because we love when couples chose us for our work they have seen, and we reply to you within the 24 h (or max 48 h if we have wedding that day).

According to exchanged inspiration and mood boards we work out the ideas that suit your story, we will use those ideas as a base to create a tailor-made offer that contains the general idea of what your wedding day shall look like. You will get this offer within the next 7 days of our coffee date. We will keep our fingers crossed.

Your vision continues to evolve so together we work on planning and design via email, whatsapp and a pleasant coffee date(s). Changes we do up to 30 days before w-day.

We get back to you with a couple of basic wedding questions to get an idea about your vision and we arrange a coffee or video call if you’re somewhere far away.

If you think something needs to be changed we will ask some more questions and work some more on ideas and send you a modified offer. When we both are happy with the new offer, we will send you a contract to sign and you pay 30% of the proposed offer as an advance.

The countdown begins... We meet again to go through all the important details no later than a week before the wedding, and you pay the rest of the amount.

We meet for a coffee and get to know each other, this is a very important step forward, because this is where we feel and understand whether we are going in the same direction and whether we are meant-to-be for each other.
